Hey there, I recently started a development team with me as the founder of the team and a couple of friends that will help out, but before making a video game or anything like that; I want to know what you used personally to make Mythruna like Game Engines, programming with Java SE or C++?, or using Blender or any other 3rd Dimensional (3D) environment. Thank you kind sir if you do respond to this idiotic question.. lmao

The game is programmed in Java and uses Groovy for its scripting language.

For the graphics, input management, networking, etc. it uses jMonkeyEngine.  (I'm also a core developer on that project.)  The latest UI uses an open source UI framework I produced called Lemur.  My internal game architecture is based on an "entity system" or "entity component system" called Zay-ES which is another one of my open source projects.

Hope it helps.

Well, at least for jMonkeyEngine, I'm just one of a team and I didn't write the whole engine or anything.  Smiley

The other things are smaller and I needed them anyway.

I try to sleep at least 6 hours a night. Smiley

 Grin

Until the other night when I wasn't feeling well and ended up sleeping 12 hours straight.  Not sure if it was a stomach virus or motion sickness from playing Killzone on the PS4. Smiley

I was playing my laptop until 5 in the morning. I ended up sleeping for 12 hours straight also... I was upset when I found out it was 5 PM
