A game table that lets you pick different mini games. Can set the game but not the odds. Easy to mod different games the box plays. Box changes textures depending on the game. Projectile firing capabilities. A exploding object with a fuse. When the physics are going you can use your gunpowder/tnt/high explosive to work mechanically. Slings and bows would be cool too. Telescopes maybe if it worked correctly. Different blueprint interfaces on different crafting stations. Pets, livestock, gardens/farms. Ability to hire npcs to do certain upkeep and gathering things for you. Rare talents and abilities. A smooth and logical property grant/upgrade system. Maps you can make or buy of different zones with markers on areas of points of interest. A traveling system for long distances. -Word up- Title: Re: Suggestions Post by: pspeed on December 02, 2012, 05:27:40 PM I suggest: A game table that lets you pick different mini games. Title: Re: Suggestions Post by: BigredRm on December 07, 2012, 04:57:57 PM Rocks and stones would be cool. You could use different kinds in crafting or collecting.
Collector items would be cool. Maybe uncommon/rare collector items could be fitted together and used somehow. Pet fights Collector card game played on those boxes I was talking about. If the market Npcs would resell uncommon/rare items/blueprints to other players in the area. Communities or local protected areas where you could set aside land around your village to grow. Guild or corporation like in nature. Make wall art like a frame or curtains and import a image file so you could have cool unique decorations. Hell, we could design all kinds of stuff and sell packages like apps. I have read the planed playable races in Mythruna.com and i have 2 ideas for you. I know that the elf have a special bond to the nature and If you are going to add potions to the game and herbs then i have an idea. when you play as the elf you can press an key (on the keyboard) then you will smell all the herbs surrounding and they will begins to sparkle or highlight etc... whit an colour. showing you were the herbs are. then it will be easy to find them whitout searching for a long time after them. maby you could add a level up system were you could make this skill more efficient like the they will sparkle highlight etc... longer away from you. or maby you could choose specify the herb you want to find and the herb will sparkle or highlight etc... whit a another colour than the other ones.
This skill can also be used by the Dwarfs. but not whit herbs but minerals. you have said that *They are natural miners and have a “nose” for minerals* so maby the minerals could begin to sparkle or highlight etc... away from you. they can see through the regular stone and see the minerals. this skill could also be efficient by the level up thing. you could then see them from longer distances from the mineral. and specify the ore later in the level up thing. i hope you read this and reply. if it is an good idea or not. -ma9nu2 Title: Re: Suggestions Post by: pspeed on January 01, 2013, 03:27:55 PM i have an idea for you Paul. It likely won't be a homing signal for metals. The idea is that a dwarf will be able to find the richest areas more easily than a regular player because they'll know that an area of rock is likely to produce better stuff before digging at it.
This is more useful than it sounds because: a) most of the really cool stuff won't be obvious like a special block... it will just be part of whatever rock you are digging. b) digging with a pick-axe will destroy things like large gems... you might see a few tiny chips of it. c) digging with a more gentle tool will take a really long time.... so you don't really want to do that unless you have a pretty good idea where the good stuff is. Or just have lots of time to kill. And note, much of those are probably skills, anyway... so not every player starts out even being able to perform the necessary actions to find the good stuff. Then they'd need the proper tools, and so on. Also note, in the real game, even regular pick-axe to stone mining will take a lot longer than you are probably used to in "mining games"... since this isn't really a mining game. Dirt and sand digging will be much faster than stone mining... though a pick axe will be pretty useless for sand. Title: Re: Suggestions Post by: ma9nu2 on January 02, 2013, 02:01:46 PM when you mining or digging something. will the whole block disappear at once.(like in minecraft) or will it disappear in bits when you are mining/digging it? ???

Current plan is that it will disappear in bits. So you can start digging with a pick-axe, see a little emerald chip jump out and switch to some more fine digging tool to catch any other gems that might be there without turning them into dust. You need to chop it down in pices from the air? Or are You planning to change that? Like you only chop at the bottom and the tree will go down at the same time and breake in to smaller pices when it hit the ground? I know that You are working on the gravity on objects. Yeah, trees will turn into physics objects when their connection to the ground is severed. To the extent that I can, I want to try to do it for buildings as well... at least to the point where burning building could collapse into itself. Other things may be harder. But in the real game the ability to generate anti-gravity isn't as novel if you can just float blocks in the air.
