hey guys just a quickie, looked around the game saw a few vids, decided to download. when i boot it up im hit with this...

Sorry you are having trouble.  It might be worth making sure your video drivers are the latest.  Traditionally, ATI has been pretty slow with OpenGL updates so it pays to have the very latest.

The non-power-of-two textures thing will prevent Mythruna from running. 

As an aside, don't use 16 bits per pixel as the bits setting.  Someday I really need to try to remove the bad options from the settings dialog.
