Sorry you are having trouble.

It should say more than that.  Whatever else it says is the important part.

Are you trying to run it still in the zip file or did you extract the zip file first?  In the directory where you extracted it, is there an error-#####.log file (where #### is a unique number)?

1.) do you have java? if not download it from java.com
2.) if on windows, did you keep the client within the folder with the other files?

Please post the latest error log, within the log it will contain the ibfo paul needs to be able to make an educated decission.

Error log is in same place the .exe file is found

Just so you know, you wouldn't get a java exception without Java in general to my knowledge
