Not necessarily. I can expand the max size of a property without you. A player only has to be on if I'm giving them a new property.

You say It's too loud. I sit in the dining room with my desk and school computer up in a corner, when the dining room is open to the kitchen and living room. TV is on loud, dad is watching youtube. I still can learn
I live in a big house, television in like every room
(we aren't rich though lol fail!) My brother has special needs, cannot walk or talk (parts of his brain isn't developing correctly.) Abused as a child by Mother and 2 oldest sisters. ranks in family i live with:
1.) GRANDMOTHER (guardian.)
- down right stressed and mad.
2.) SISTER (3rd oldest)
- nice, but you can get on her bad side.
3.) SISTER (4th oldest)
- no matter what, she has to yell (Says she learns from $GRANDMOTHER)
- grudge on '$GRANDMOTHER' '$ME' '$BROTHER'
4.) Me (5th oldest)
- smart, young, strong, nerdy, hard to offend (depending who you are.)
- grudge on '$SISTER(4th oldest)'
5.) BROTHER (6th oldest | Special needs)
- smart, talented, hyperactive, cannot :walk/talk:, easily upsetted.
- grudge on '$GRANDMOTHER' '$ME' '$SISTER(4th oldest)'
