Looks like netbeans

Eclipse and Netbeans have almost the same feature set.  So that's kind of weird to say it has a lot more features.

Also, if I ever develop any Mythruna-specific dev kit or something it would probably be netbeans based since that's what JME uses and has a lot of stuff already built in.  I personally eschew IDEs in general and found Eclipse to be one of the hardest to learn... but I use Netbeans (well, the jMonkeyEngine SDK) grudgingly because it's useful to deploy JME apps.

I prefer eclipse cause its slightly faster and more convenient in android applications but thats not the only reason. Netbeans treats generated code like a slave. Very hard to read and not editable. Whereas the generated code of eclipse feels like i wrote it myself and can change it anytime Smiley WindowBuilder is better too and generates nice human readable code Smiley

i say "more features" because i am watching a tutorial on youtube how to make a java game, he uses eclipse, i don't see half those features in NetBeans, I have one trouble w/ netbeans:("When debugging, i cannot edit it and it will change it.") with eclipse it will Smiley

and i have one thing to laugh at now! PAUL, I KNOW HOW TO USE ECLIPSE AND YOUU DON'T NA-NA-NANA-NA!

actually, eclipse is faster. when i run a project on netbeans, it takes about 10 seconds, eclipse is a 2-second matter, maybe 3s.

He never said he didnt know how to use it lol

And each ide has pros and cons....and also im sure with the small simple programs you have compiled together most features are not needed
