Quote # C [ig7icd32.dll+0x3ac807] It seems like your display driver is crashing. That looks like an intel graphics card driver. Try to make sure you have the latest drivers installed. If you think you really have some nVidia or ATI/AMD card then it could be that your system has two graphics cards and is getting confused about which one to use. I would need to know more about your system to say for sure. Title: Re: Failed to write core dump. Well, and to be fair, Mythruna isn't crashing... the whole JVM is crashing because the driver DLL crashes. So it's a display driver bug whatever it is... Mythruna is just triggering it. Title: Re: Failed to write core dump. Minidumps are not enabled by default on client versio Post by: Sean on March 14, 2014, 07:17:32 PM I noticed he is using the 32 bit JVM. Could that be the reason for the crash?

Could that be the reason for the crash? It would have crashed much sooner than that if it were a problem. Driver crash = driver bug... which is not a great surprise for intel. Title: Re: Failed to write core dump. Minidumps are not enabled by default on client versio Post by: pspeed on March 14, 2014, 09:00:33 PM I mean... on a 64 bit OS one _should_ be running 64 bit Java. But it also shouldn't cause a problem.
I run Mythruna all the time on a 32 bit JVM on a 64 bit OS... but I also have a "name brand" graphics card on that machine. Title: Re: Failed to write core dump. Title: Re: Failed to write core dump. Minidumps are not enabled by default on client versio Post by: pspeed on March 15, 2014, 07:32:21 PM I'm not sure what to say. The display driver version you are using has a bug. So either you can try installing older versions of the drivers or make sure you get the latest version from the vendor and not from Microsoft.

And still the same error. I have several other games and has no problem ... Try an older version of the driver. Those other games may not use the same features Mythruna does and so may not trigger the driver bug... but it's definitely a driver bug. |
