Ecroso Games Ecroso (Eh-kro-so) Games is was created as a school project in 2008 for a school project where Brandon Ecroso (Founder and CEO) had to talk about what he wanted to do for a career. In 2012 Ecroso Games was recovered because he started to learn Visual Basic.NET and Java, just to promote his games. All games are mainly retro 2D games. The current Dev team are: SpaceMyName (Brandon Ecroso[Code, Textures]), Shzylo (me[Bug collector, Textures]), Collin CZ, Corvo, DoogieHowzer, Manaand a couple more. The current game releases are Space Game v0.0.3, Cell Defender v3.0, Halloween Game 2012, Curiosity v2.0, Christmas Brawl 2012, RPG Game[DEMO]. Read the Change Log to see what features have been added Feel free to ask any questions, and if you want to contact Brandon Ecroso, do so here. Please visit the forums also. None of those games are to the point you should be advertising them. Is this an actual legal company?

you can advertise whatever you want, doesnt matter if it is a legitimate company as long as they are not trying to make any money
i could be wrong, but i think thats how it is

The named is claimed, but is not a 'legal' or 'official'

While it is not if anyone decided to sue you guys it could be for things in your personal life, such as your house or your money, or your car. That is the point of forming a corporation or an llc. If you don't things in your personal life can be sued.

But if they are not making any form of payment from consumers then no legal action can truely be taken against them...unless they are stealing frim other companies but thats a different story.
Oh and what the hell happened to the world where kids cant make a "company" ans make a few bucks even?
*hits geezer voice changer*
By golly, when i was his age ron, jay nate and myself would post signs saying "4 men and a mower" and do yard service for people around the town. We had people lined up by golly and we made ourselves some money.
No every kid has these fingle fangled cell phones and their lappity tops, oh and the tweety thing, bah where are the good old days

This statement makes no sense, really. The only way to claim a company name is to make a company officially and legally. So beware over-advertising a non-entity since it may draw attention and someone may decide to use the name for their own company.

though i agree with no over advertising, you might be safe enough if this is the only place you posted about it.
