Ill have to find the post for you, but I believe there will be no "traditional" classes. Skills will be the main thing. You can build your skills and kind of create your own class. In that table of contents, look at how skills will be used and you will get a better idea

I believe in another of his posts...not sure which....he said he did not get his inspiration from minecraft. Mythruna has been in his head building for years. And mythuna will not be minecraft, only voxel world is related. the build is a byproduct of the engine he is using....mythruna is an rpg set in a voxel world where as minecraft is a building game in a voxel world

Makes sense but RPGs need classes

Nah, RPGs don't need classes.  Classes are a way of making up for a lack of flexibility.  They impose rules and structure on you to make you play a certain way for a variety of reasons that won't matter as much in Mythruna.  Rules should be logical and not prescribed.  If a "wizard" can't use armor then just make it so that armor messes up magic.  Let the player decide if maybe they want to wear armor anyway.

Classes are also a by-product of XP... which I will shun also.

Regarding the other question.  This may help answer it: https://mythruna.com/faq/just-like-that-other-game/

so you mean like specialization?

yeah like a specialty

yeah like a specialty

This will kind of be based on the magic components you install in your body and what skills you've picked.

If you read the threads regarding races, and magic. It will explain more in depth about the "magical devices" and if you read the thread "skills" it will explain more about how the skills are planned as of right now

There are no classes.  Different races have different built in abilities.  For example, avians can fly.

so races are classes

Races are races, there are no set classes, you can not choose from the beginning "im a wizard" and have everything you do involve wizardry.

You can start the game and have a set skills you think would create a wizard and train yourself to be that way

Much like in real life, a fireman is never just a fireman. People are not predetermined as to what they will be at creation. So no.....again.....no classes

You can over time specialize in different areas, but that doesn't stop you from specializing in other areas.

Yep.  These guys said it great.  Races are races like in other RPGs.  They define a set of racial abilities that you are born with and then those abilities never get any better.  They just "are".

Are you going to be able to reproduce?
