A day after meeting a particular lizard that stays in a corner of my lanai in Florida... It falls asleep in my hand. So yeah, I'm gonna sleep outside tonight.
Have you ever had any peculiar or pleasent encounters with the wild?

What kind of lizard? They have some cool ones in Florida. We used to grab the anoles all the time (North American Chameleon) but you have to watch out... if you catch them by the tail then they will break it off and run away leaving you with a tail in your hand.

Yup, it's an anole all right. They're all over the place here.
To be honest, I never thought about the whole reptiles sleeping thing until now.
