Well, I can already tell you that will probably work better than my laptop.

Specs: http://www.asus.com/us/Notebooks_Ultrabooks/G73Jh/#specifications

I have the i7 720QM in it though.

You linked a laptop hard drive. Here's a 1TB hard drive that's fairly http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822236339.

I usually look at Newegg first because it's the easiest to browse around. But if I were to buy a component I would look at Amazon, TigerDirect, and Newegg before making a purchase (Although all three sites usually mirror the same prices).

As for theamericano, the Z87 motherboard is not compatible with the Ivy Bridge CPU you listed. Here's the CPU I recommend: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116899

Hey I found this daily combo deal on Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1391660
It has an i7 4770K (the most powerful consumer CPU on the market), 16 gigs of RAM, and a way better (in my opinion) motherboard and it costs $540 with $130 off.
When I added up how much the CPU I listed, the mobo you listed, and 16 gigs of RAM, that also came out to be $540 on the dot.
If I were you I would jump on this deal before it's gone unless you are still debating whether or not to get a laptop.

Get a laptop if you want to trade peak performance potential for being able to play Mythruna where ever you want. If you want to play Mythruna where ever you want and will settle for lower PPP, (that peak performance potential thing I was talking about,) then get a good laptop. I'm currently upgrading my desktop massively because I don't have a laptop to upgrade. I'd recommend a desktop myself though, you get a better handle on the game with the seperate keyboard and mouse.  Tongue
