I saw a few 2 people dressed as characters from that movie at the renaissance fair

Seems like those were pretty good days to most. I unfortunately just had a 6-year brush with the 90's

The "takes me back" was kind of a play on "Back to the future..."  As was the "that's really heavy" part.

I saw Back to the Future in 1985 in the theater.


As others have mentioned, time travelers are never out of place in any time. :)

Personally, I prefer a blue police box to a souped up Delorian... but I'd take either if offered. :)

my wife and i are working on dr.who......well i am, she is "suffering" through it

I'm lucky... my wife likes Dr. Who.  Though we still prefer the 10th doctor, we are starting to like the new one more and more all the time.

i dont know what doctor we are on, its the first season of the "new" episodes, i think dr # 8, idk he was only doctor for one season

Chris Eccleston... 9th doctor, I guess.  You have a lot of good stuff to look forward too... I hope your wife hangs on because it gets much better.

I don't know what doctor it is, but it is the one with um.. i forget her name but she is a red head and like in her 30rd's. I cannot remember!!

Agreed 10th was my favoret. I havent gotten into the current one.

Ok i looked up the 10th doctor (http://fc07.deviantart.net/fs24/f/2009/253/3/2/The_10th_Doctor_by_seduff_stuff.png), that was the only series i actually watched, and also i kind of liked the 11th doctor (https://encrypted-tbn3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRsU7DEUVHktQBUN087EBUOC7d9MzWZO2NmgpiDq-_Qzj5szVCr) also. OH! I just remembered the woman's name: "Donna"!

To me, Donna was the saddest companion story of all... but no spoilers other than that.

Ive only seen Donna, and i think the other's name was Alice (blonde, one before donna.)

i have yet to make time to see any dr. who

I quit watching TV in general when I started working on Mythruna.  But every night I watch one show on Netflix with the wife... and sometimes another show before bed to reset my head.  Dr. Who is one we went through together.

It didn't make sense, you said 'every night 'I watch one show on Netflix with the wife' i think it is 'I watch one show on Netflix with my wife'

Exactly.  And I don't own her.  She is "the wife"... ie: the only one I'm married to. :)

It's an expression, anyway.  I use them interchangeably.

I just refer to my wife as "bacon maker"
