My desk is a mess, and either way I probably couldn't afford another monitor on it. I took the second monitor with me when we went for Amy's surgeries and I hadn't had a chance to set it back up. I've been managing the Mythruna server through TightVNC and that means it doesn't get the same attention. I've recently setup an in-house server instance for my kids to play. So there was a little extra pull to get it back up. But mostly, I was tired of working with a stack of books and papers at my left elbow and this is a way to keep the desk a little cleaner.
