I despise apple, love android. Apple wants to make money, android let's creative people be creative
All apps I make will most likely end up being free anyways On android you can put just about anything on the market, as long as you have the developers fee paid (25 bucks for life...I think) apple, well they are strict as to what is put on the market..not to small people market friendly

Cool topic! I myself am not a game programmer, but would absolutely love to learn! However, I am pretty fluent in C++. I just don't know where to go from there to make games.
My programming teacher wrote a book about game programming in c++, he uses his own engine and it's written very well...amazing guy also. The book is "programming 2d games" by Charles Kelly. You can find his website that has examples and his engine. Any questions and you can message me also...I love c++

In our programming class we learned basically how to trying create spacewar. Including gantt charts and design basically, the last 4 weeks were dedicated to our own games
Heh, I have decided to cut from 20 rooms to 10, I already have 700+ lines of code, I will post the game, and the src code tomorrow, and I may also switch it to the format that Paul gave (if I feel like it, I may just test it out to understand it). I think my survivor header file and. Cpp file had almost 1000 lines themselves
