Stickman, It's not unusual to have leftover power cables in your PC. As long as all of your components are plugged in, all is well. I will repeat what the other guys are saying though, don't run your PC without a cooler on it, you're lucky you didn't burn it out. As for your VGA issues, try removing the graphics card and using the onboard graphics. If this works, it could be a VGA error or a driver issue, and you will need to reinstall your graphic card drivers. PS, to all other hardware nuts out there: I know that's a very old fix for older PC's, but sometimes, the old ways are the best ways

I have to be honest, I never liked the way that monsters were spawned in Minecraft related to the light level. Its makes it so hard to use atmospheric lighting on anything but peaceful mode, and it always felt like a bit of a stop-gap solution to me.

...might be possible to adapt it to sand also. It is not very likely as there are some short cuts I can take with water to make it feasible that will not work with things like sand.
Haha sorry about that. I meant how would it be possible to make sand also react like a fluid, if that is the direction you choose to go? I hate to be the one that brings up Minecraft, but I find the water physics irritates me to hell (read: stickler for realism). Is it likely to be done in a similar way? I assume not, as that model would not work with sand very well.

Could I ask for an explanation as to why?
I'm curious because I did software development in college (but never took it any further) and have always toyed with the idea of making a game, and wondered about the sorts of obstacles that would be faced.

Oh dear, I think I may come across as rather dumb here, but... I need to donate and get a membership for the actual website to join don't I??
Waiting for a little money to come in so I can do just that already.

Hi guys
I can play Mythruna fine on singleplayer, but whenever I try to connect to a multiplayer server it tells me that the port is blocked. I have unblocked the port via my router's config pages, but no port sniffer is picking it up. I have a Zyxel router, if that helps. As far as I can tell, the rules are set up correctly so I'm not sure what else it could be.
Any ideas?

I think it's awesome!
Paul, I understand it probably isn't possible due to the number of vertices involved, but if caves could generate like this (minus torches)... wow.

One image that keeps springing to my mind when thinking of the Reptilians is the cover of a book by Stan Nicholls. He has written a trilogy called 'Orcs', the second of which is called Legion of Thunder. I cannot recall the name of the race in question as it's been a long time since I read them, but they are water dwelling. I think this could be a good source of inspiration for the aquatic reptilians. Personally, I like their general physiology, but I think a more reptilian head would be in order: I apologize for the lack of detail in my description, but if that means you read the books to understand then I don't mind, one of the favorites of my childhood
