Do you get an error right away or after it downloads for a while?

Just tried, works fine for me... maybe your Internet provider or your office's IT department is blocking the site for some reason?

so as you were downloading it, an error popped up saying "network error"

about how far into the download does it get?

it doesnt popup it is actually on the download icon thing while its downloading and it does it not at a persific time while its downloading. Undecided

It's very strange because you are the first to have mentioned this.  I hope we find a solution, though.

Would emailing him the zip file work, I have a few "dummy" emails that I can send stuff from and not care if anyone knows the addy for lol

I don't know... a lot of e-mail inboxes cap at a certain size.  32 meg encoded is going to be a pretty huge e-mail.

I'd provide an alternate link but it would be on the same server... so probably the same issue.
