There is reason to believe that he is the real thing.
He is talking about some stuff, and hopefully he read before he left "Post on your twitter about mythruna and we will believe you."
If he did read that, and he posts on twitter, he is the real deal.
There is also reasons to doubt.

The probability he gave a complete stranger an email address that corrisponded to himself is VERY un likely. Especially when all he would have to do is come to the forums and find paul

Why would notch post as Lamboman. I'm pretty sure it would be like Mojang@gmail.com or something other than Gmail. If Notch shares his email with mojang or something. I'd rather just ask the whole mojang team or something. |

I'm unclear as to the situation here. Are you saying someone, calling themselves Notch, contacted you about Mythruna? Or did you try to contact Notch and then this shady character replied?
I agree with Moonkey, please post the correspondence.

Someone created an account named notch, they then logged into the piblic server and claimed to be the real notch. After awhile he gave his email addres out (not messaged through forum or any other means) but using general chat and said to have paul contact him

I read the chat log and I think he said to e-mail him whenever I was logged in.... either way, I agree that there are 100x easier ways for the "real notch" to get a hold of me if he desired to do so. There has been no other correspondence with this person other than a couple players in the in-game chat. |
