This happens from time to time and I usually am able to randomly push buttons to make it stop, but the last time this happened it was going on for around 5 or more mins.

can yo explain a little bit more what "screen spinning" in?

I assume your character is turning in a circle, or is the whole game literally spinning around?

Sorry for not making it clear, when I press the arrows to turn your view then some how after doing something I guess my character is spinning around, when I walk or look around it still spins. And it makes me dizzy x.x

The arrow key may have gotten stuck.  Just hit it again and the spinning should stop.
