Not really a Mythruna update but it is why I haven't been working on Mythruna the past few nights.

My son's Halloween costume + reference image:

Many hours (and Bothans) died to bring that costume to life. Smiley  If my wife's pics turned out better then I may add some to this thread.

Yeah, but I'm sure you looked exactly like it. Smiley

Hahaha. This is unique. I dressed as a Skeleton-faced bandit-ninja with a tophat and a cape.

Heheh... sounds like something out of Grim Fandango or Little Big Planet. Smiley

Nice :O. And those boxing gloves look familiar... *shrugs it off* whatever. lol

Anyway, WOW. Is that home made, or how exactly did you pull it off? I had a bit of trouble finding a Luigi costume that fit... but I found one! I went with my dad as Mario, brother (Younger) as a Lich Lord (Ugh, always hated those guys, lol), brother (Older) as Anymonomnomnomus, sister-in-law as... a mother with wings... and finally, nephew as Mickey Mouse! Hehe, a weird bunch we were, oh yes sir!

Anyway, I'm pulling away from the awesomeness of that costume. Either way, bought or made, it would have been VERY hard!

I made it.  Head and legs carved from foam rubber.  Wings foil covered cardboard, etc...  About 16-20 hours of work went into the costume I guess.

My wife bought me a sewing machine like 10 years ago and this was the first time I ever (finally) used it.  heheh.

I hope to be as good a parent as you. Man. That costume is so professional in my view.

Thanks!

It was a fun learning project.  I'd probably do it differently next time. Smiley  Once things for sure... I would start earlier to avoid several late nights in a row.
