This may have been discussed earlier, but is there going to be a circuitry/electronics system like Minecraft's redstone or Terraria's wiring?

Kind of and not really.

The magic system will be 'circuit based' in that you manipulate energies with a matrix of crystals and connections.  These are small and embedded into objects and onto your person, etc..  You could use them to make a door lock, for example.  There will also be wireless connectivity.

I want to have steam pipes, chains, pulleys, ropes, etc. also.
