Are there any languages other than English that you are fluent in? What language do you wish you were fluent in, but are not?

EDIT: Is there a phrase in another language you really like?

I'm only good with English... But I definitely wish I kept up with my studies of Latin.

I'm pretty fluent in Java, but that's a computer language, which is just a set of instructions..
I wish I was more fluent in Spanish, because there are kids in my class that will speak Spanish to each other so no one can understand them, but currently I enjoy saying, "No hablo Espanol," and "Que?"

I'm not fluent in anything but english.  I do know some french but it's _extremely_ rusty.

So far my go-to favorite is a french phrase: "enculeur de mouches"

Let's just say it means "nitpicking" but the literal translation is hilarious and not appropriate for general audiences. Smiley  Google translate almost gets it right.

Edit: http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/enculeur_de_mouches
I will not be held responsible if you are easily offended and click on that link.  Text not safe for young eyes, and so on.
