Jealous of your VR playing but also happy to not have 'yet another time sink'.
Here, I spent yesterday with my kids building computers for our house computer lab. I'm going to start teaching them programming and so I walked them through building their own machines. Gives them a nice sense of accomplishment and 'ownership' to start out with.
It was a long day but very rewarding. They did great and I only had to do the few parts that required a bit more hand strength+confidence than they had.
When my son got to turn his computer on for the first time and it actually booted to the bios screen... He was very excited "It worked! I built a computer!" As a dad: so awesome. My daughter had a very similar reaction, too.
