I tried using the small one suggested to ride around in but I cant move like 5 feet without the bottom falling from under me despite it being physical.  I press the forward button a few times to get it moving, next thing I know Im falling out the bottom for some reason, and the boat is now unreachably high in the sky and Im stuck on the ground and I have to start all over again.

Is there a way to make it bigger? Im not sure how the blueprint was built.

You shouldn't fall through the bottom... unless you're lagging, to my knowledge.

That is a a possibility.  I press W to go forward a couple times and then the bottom briefly becomes incorporeal and I fall through.
No idea why. I might be lagging.
