I am trying to log in and all I am getting is this error message.

"client is not receiving UDP messages from the server.
Please make sure that UDP port 4234 is not blocked."

I tried closing it and rebooting it twice but it still says the same thing.

That can happen sometimes. Give it ten or fifteen minutes and try again... because the server is definitely up.
