I was e-mailed about a new topic titled 'Mythruna won't start' but now it is missing.

If you posted it then figured out what was wrong and then removed it that's fine.  I just worry that maybe the forum lost it somehow and that poster is now waiting for a response that will never come.  Hopefully they might see this at least and know they weren't forgotten in that case.

Hi pspeed, this is a bit off-topic, but in case you don't know, SMF allows you to create a Recycle Bin, so that all deleted posts go there, and you only hard delete them if you want. Also, the Recycle Bin is a "normal forum" and you can set it's permissions so that only you can see it. Smiley

Thanks for the tip.  Now even if a poster removes their own post then I guess at least I'll know it wasn't the forum that lost it.
