2.) Allow tree leave to move/wave. Simple enough, kind of make an effect for when wind blows leaves Smiley

When I first made leafy trees the leaves moved with the grass... but it occasionally looked really stupid.  I'll put it  back when I have proper wind.

Yeah, and like I said I'd already done it.  80% of the time it looked pretty nice.  10% of the time it looked really strange.  Another 10% of the time it looked downright stupid.  So I left it out.

I will have a better wind model at some point and then I will re-enable it.
