If you had to choose... Would you say the key to a good life is work or play?

I have to say that work is key. It's no fun, but it's better than starving for the sake of having fun.

It's not either or.  Even if you break it down as "live to work" or "work to live" there is a broad spectrum... though I think too many people "live to work" but that's much easier to say from a position of 'having enough'.
