So I am a big fan of JME and virtual reality. Phr00t has been working on making JME work with oculus and he started his kickstarter today. Go check it out.

-Cheers to creators!

edit- I figured I would mention Mythruna uses JME for those of you that didn't know. Paul stated he followed Ph00t's Oculus integration. All hail open source Java Engines that can handle something as cool as Mythruna.

It wasn't just Phr00t though he is the one that pushed it hard and got a lot of it working.  He definitely deserves a lot of credit but perhaps not all of it.

Yeah, I'm obviously a fan of JME... I'm also a core developer on that team. Smiley

Ph00t is the only name I ever see talking about it. My bad. Go JME!

When I get into 3D games, I'll be using JME, and so yes, I'm a JME fanatic. Smiley

The original thread about the integration is here: http://hub.jmonkeyengine.org/forum/topic/oculus-rift-support/
...and was posted by Rickard.  He's had a nearly finished game for a while but most recently he wrote the second jMonkey Engine book.

http://smile.amazon.com/jMonkeyEngine-3-0-Cookbook-Rickard-Ed%C3%A9n-ebook/dp/B00MPRUIP8/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1413066592&sr=1-1&keywords=jmonkeyengine

...so he got a little busy for a while and phr00t kind of took over a lot of the integration testing/fixing.
