Hey everyone,

I've been playing games on itch.io, and I came across Anxiety Attacks (https://neatwolf.itch.io/anxiety-attacks) by NeatWolf. Basically, it's an experience rather than a game, to let you (the player) know just how bad anxiety disorders can get. If you'd like to see just how bad it is, play the game. If you've suffered from anxiety, depression, or anything of the sort, you'd already know.

I will let you know, I've had my own experiences, and this experience is on point.
