I still check in every now and again in the desperate hope I will return to a game update.
4  General Category / General Discussion / One game to look for examples on how to handle somethings. on: February 13, 2017, 10:50:52 PM
I can think of only one game with an AI ambition comparable to mythruna: dwarf fortress. It does a ton of stuff with AI like wants, desires, values. And a good chunk of it's ambitions in this regard have already been released. For stuff like gossip systems and the goals of a creature it would be a good example to look at. I hope it helps, I honestly really want Mythruna to finally leave prealpha.

I'm still hanging around, waiting for the next version of Mythruna.
6  General Category / General Discussion / An interesting game. on: August 18, 2016, 09:53:37 AM
I recently found this interesting game while looking around online. It's trying to see how far a game can go with procedurally generated worlds. Going as far as to procedurally generate cultures civilizations religions and many other things.

The game is about 50% done. The creator has more or less finished the world building and is now moving on to the game play. It will be interesting to see how it turn out for sure.

I think it will be a nice addition to the RP system.

Ya, the wait goes on. I'll rejoice when the day comes when a new build is released. But until then I will continue the long wait for it.

So, I assume the next thing that's going to happen is try to finish everything on your Trello To-Do list Paul?
12  General Category / General Discussion / What's the current status? on: May 10, 2016, 07:27:51 PM
Where is Mythruna in terms of development? Also Paul, how is your wife fairing? Are there any big plan changes I should know about in general for this game? Just a few questions I have to access how everything is going.

I still have faith in Mythruna Paul, and I will continue to wait for it for years to come(Give or take a few periods of inactivity on the forums).
15  General Category / General Discussion / Sorry for the long hiatus. on: May 30, 2015, 01:09:56 PM
Finishing high school house work and other games have prevented(distracted) me from coming on these forums. Sorry everyone, especially you Rayblon. I came on the server and saw all you have done, amazing work Rayblon. Guess I can't claim bragging rights now but whatever, it's just good to see you haven't given up. With the school year finishing up I will visit this forum regularly again and can promise to be consistent till next fall when college starts and my life gets busy again.
