I have run your test. It's stable for me with 120Ko/seconds of speed connection. I have 900-1200FPS and my ping is 165-175 because I live in France

Second Capture : 1920x1080

With Mythruna, I have 30-50 FPS at 192Clip.
128Clip, I have 75-100 FPS. But I'm in fullscreen 1920x1080.. No Vsync
Minimum FPS : 30
Maximum FPS : 120

Since the Piston(1.7), there are more freeze and FPS problem..

If you add, add, add, add... And you don't optimize that.. The game explode xD
Notch use Java on alpha and Beta release.. And since the 1.7.. he developed in C++ and Python.

I think, that it's Notch the problem.. He adds more items, more mob, more features while it's time to optimize Minecraft !

1.6.6 : 30-50FPS
1.9 : 12-25 FPS..
