It's not going to enter the atmosphere so it won't burn up. It'll pass by between the upper atmosphere and the moon's orbit.
The earth's atmosphere extends to about 10,000 km above the surface. The asteroid's closest point is due to be about 27,700 km
It will, however be passing through a region where there are satellites. All the operators of the sats have been informed though.

Satellite internet is bad. Dun get it. There are no internet satellite companies that provide infinite download capacity. 500GB max on Hughesnet gen4. So, if you watch netflix, bad idea to get satellite. But, that's my opinion/prior knowledge.

500gb a year is beyond terrible. Watching videos, downloading, watching Netflix at bluray quality. We watch Netflix so much that we would run out of that 500gb before the week is over.
