Highlights:
- Time is saved from one run to the next in both single and multiplayer.
- Mythruna now has the concept of month, day, year and displays them with the game time.
- Added a dialog system and used it to implement in-game help.  (press F1)

persistant time: do all players have the same ingame time or can ppl have different ingame times playing together on the server?

When playing multiplayer, time is set by the server.  It always has been.  It's just now the server remembers its time when shutdown versus resetting to 0 every time.

This will be the basis of weather, auto-building, AI, etc... so it's important that it marches forward.
