I was thinking maybe setting up an arena for a mythruna strategy board game where we use objects as the pieces. The game would be based on large scale race battles based on the game concepts we already know from reading the forum. Tell me if you like this idea or not. If so lets all work together to make the rules for it.

I like the idea, but honestly, I'd like to wait for a modding capability and awesome physics. It would in the end be more fun.

Ok.... Well that kind of defeats my motive for it to alleviate boredom WHILE I wait for those things. But ya we can do it latter too for fun while we wait for other features besides physics  .

Don't give up on the idea right away.  If I take your meaning right, you are looking for something to do in the existing game without mods... and it could be interesting to see what develops if you find other interested parties.

Ok first we need to find a suitable place to build the arena hmm what races how about avians Vs. pantherians. Avavians will have mostly ranged units with some melee units as well and will be very frail but can fly as well. Pantherians the opposite and can jump at the avains if I remember the concepts correctly. Where should we meet up to build it? Hmm maybe we should have a building contest to make the arena.
