I am trying to currently help Teknonick with his village. But we do not know how to allow me to build. Do i need Paul to set it up?

He just needs to give you a badge.  The tool should be in his Property tools.  He just has to click on you with that tool.

If you already tried to edit there before he gave you the badge then you would have needed to log and out log back in again.

If you'd told me he already gave you a badge in your earlier message than we could have saved one response round-trip. Wink

I found that out when my internet crashed, then i got back on. Now I know if i get a badge again.
