I have just downloaded this game and i got an error named (error-1402373238648) says -->

Hi, sorry you are having trouble.  It may be that your graphics card is not able to play the game.

If you can post back the full error log and tell me what type of graphics card you have then maybe we can find a solution.

Was what you posted before the whole error-1402373238648.log file?

Does your machine by any chance have a dual graphics card setup like a built in intel GPU plus the ATI GPU?

Someone posted a graphics compatibility list some time back.  You can look and see if your card is on it: http://mythruna.com/forum/index.php?topic=1183.60

It's a bit incomplete but better than nothing.

It's hard to diagnose if this is a solvable problem because the application doesn't even get far enough to get driver details.  According to the web (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radeon_HD_4000_Series) your card should be able to support OpenGL 3.3... which should be more than enough.

You could try upgrading your drivers to the latest if you haven't already.  ATI's OpenGL support is usually pretty bad, especially back in 2008 when these cards came out.  So having the proper drivers is important.
